We start every engagement with a formal Valuation on the business to understand where you are at in the market.
Upon completion of the Valuation, you will meet with your assigned financial analyst and one of Exodus’s partners who will review the Valuation and your goals with you. At this point a strategy will be created for an exit plan that matches your timeline.
Depending on your timeline, Exodus will be available to update your Valuation and offer advice on the track of your exit strategy annually as the plan progresses.
