Chris Christopher Partner
Chris Christopher is a highly experienced professional with a background in investment banking, law, and executive leadership. He has over two decades of experience in transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, and has worked with clients in a variety of industries. His considerable transaction experience as an investment banker and a lawyer has been particularly useful in complex M&A deals, where financial and legal considerations are often intertwined. Chris’ professional background is well-positioned to provide EBS’ clients with comprehensive advice and support throughout the M&A process, from identifying potential acquisition targets to negotiating the terms of the deal and completing the transaction.
His educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, as well as an MBA and Law Degree from the University of Virginia. This combination of business and legal expertise enables him to provide clients with comprehensive guidance throughout the M&A process.
