Keith Campbell Founder & CEO

Acting as the CEO of Exodus Business Solutions (EBS) since 2002, Keith has over two decades as an investment banker specializing in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Keith provides expert transaction structuring, accounting and finance advice to clients who are seeking to buy or sell companies. His skills include analyzing financial statements, market trends, industry data, buyer profiling and complex negotiations.

Consummating hundreds of millions of dollars in completed transactions; in addition, Keith is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) which enables him to prepare detailed financial analysis reports and conduct financial modeling in an effort to determine the value of a company. Keith has completed over one thousand formal valuations over his career and collaborates with legal and financial professionals to ensure all aspects of the transaction are completed in a timely and efficient manner. His experience is well-versed in financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements that impact business valuations. Keith stays up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, which provides EBS’ clients with the most relevant and accurate information. This plays a crucial role in facilitating the best possible outcome for EBS’ clients and their companies post acquisition. Keith served in United States Marine Corp as a combat marine, holds two professional licenses and three undergraduate degrees with a focus on accounting, finance and management.
