Exodus Business Solutions has a long and storied history in the world of mergers and acquisitions. We have been pioneers in the industry for many years and are known for providing a level of service to small businesses usually only available to the middle market. We are very proud of our achievements and all the people who led us here.

1998
Exodus was formed
Keith and Chris met on an aerospace acquisition and decided to bring a higher level of service to the lower end of the middle market. Within, 3 months Starlux Corporation became the firms first done deal.

NACVA certification
To better serve small business owner client's Keith Campbell earned his NACVA Certification to formally value private companies.

Financial analyst department
At this point, the firm needed additional financial analysts capable of preparing necessary documents for businesses heading to market.

Dallas office opened
A satellite office was opened in Dallas to accommodate client's and the team located in the Midwest.

Florida office opened
After a record year in 2020, Exodus has expanded it's location base to the East Coast to better serve it's client's and provide a national presence.
